The School of Pharmacy would like to invite speakers to teach following topics in the Short Course in Clinical Pharmacy Skills 2022-23:

| Medication History-taking & Medication Use and Adherence Assessment | Experienced pharmacist speaker who could lecture on the medication history-taking & medication use and adherence assessment |
| Interpretation of Laboratory Data and Drug Lab Interaction | Experienced speaker who could lecture on common lab data interpretation using cases |
| Drug Information Workshop | Experienced drug information pharmacist who can share practice pearls on handling drug information enquiries |
| Optimizing Treatment with High-risk Medications | Experienced pharmacist who can lecture on the proper handling of high risk medications and patient education |
| Case Presentation | Experienced pharmacist who can present real life patient cases with illustration of important learning aspects |
| Pharmacists’ Role in Transition of Care / Patient Education and Counselling – use of glucometers | Pharmacist with training in medication reconciliation and experience in teaching such topics to students or pharmacists |
| Evidence-based Practice and Literature Evaluation | Pharmacists with training in clinical documentation and experience in teaching such topics to students or pharmacists |
| Therapeutic Drug Monitoring & Clinical Pharmacokinetics | Pharmacists with extensive training in Therapeutic Drug Monitoring & Clinical Pharmacokinetics and experience in teaching such topics to pharmacists |
| Clinical Documentation | Pharmacists with training in clinical documentation and experience in teaching such topics to students or pharmacists |
| Journal Club Presentation | Pharmacists with experience in assessing journal club presentation and providing constructive feedback |
