Expectations to the university table tennis team members

Being the coach of the CUHK university table tennis team, I do not solely expect the team to strive for victory, but to be confident to overcome hardship and face challenges. I hope to share with every team member the importance of team spirit through trainings, competitions and the time we get along with each other. So, they can understand that victory does not merely depend on individual skills, but also team-work.
Besides, a team is just like a microcosm of our society. Each of them can experience the abidance of discipline and the ways to get along with others. I believe all these social skills are worthwhile for their future career after graduation.
