Students in the Faculty are provided the opportunities to develop a global perspective and explore different cultures by participating in exchange programmes overseas and internship programmes. Our departments always seek new opportunities to develop exchange connections with overseas institutions.
Exchange and Internship
Internship Programme at Japan Airlines
"My internship has given me a greater understanding about the operations of the Hong Kong International Airport as well as the cooperation between different functional departments in a Japanese aviation company. The experience was interesting and fruitful, and it was also a wonderful chance for me to learn about and get a better understanding of Japanese business culture."
Community Integration Project
"During my studies of Integrated Studies in Cultural Management, we researched South Asians living in Hong Kong. In collaboration with various cultural institutions, we switched to organising online cultural activities during the epidemic, such as shooting short videos together, providing online guided tours and posting on social media to introduce South Asian culture to the public. We also held an online exhibition to share the stories of South Asians living in Hong Kong through the display of daily objects, which successfully attracted media exposure and attention. This study made me realise about the close relationship between cultural activities and the promotion of community inclusion."
