台灣小學輔導工作的發展與專業內涵之實施現況

摘要
本文主要探討台灣小學輔導工作之發展及其專業發展之內涵。論文首先介紹台灣小學輔導工作之發展背景，追溯其受社會需求與教育政策影響下的演變過程，繼而聚焦在「個案處理」、「諮詢」、「團體輔導」及「專業養成與督導」等四大專業內涵上，進一步整理台灣小學輔導工作的實施現況，並輔以實徵研究說明四大專業內涵的實施情形，最後提出台灣小學輔導工作之未來展望。
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to explore the development of elementary school guidance and counseling in Taiwan and its implementation on the professional services. The paper first introduces the development of elementary school guidance and counseling from the perspective of societal needs and educational policy. Then, it focuses on the four dimensions of professional service: case management, consultation, group counseling, and professional training and supervision, and illustrates their implementation from empirical studies. Finally, some developmental prospects for elementary school guidance and counseling in Taiwan are proposed.
