ITSC User Satisfaction and Needs Survey 2023

ITSC is now conducting the ITSC User Satisfaction and Needs Survey during 1 Mar – 31 Mar 2023. All staff and students are invited to join this survey. The collected feedback will help us to provide a better IT service for the University. If you receive our invitation, please spare a few minutes to complete the survey. Every bit helps!

In addition to the survey, you can always leave your comments to ITSC services via ITSC Service Desk throughout the year.
