Prof. Lim Song hwee has been invited to attend an International Conference on New Angles on Chinese Film History from 13 August to 15 August 2015. As the editor of the Journal of Chinese Cinemas, Prof. Lim has served as a moderator of roundtable discussion on “The State and Stakes of Chinese Cinemas Studies” and as a discussant of the panel on “Beyond Mandarin: Dialect and Diasporic Cinemas”.
