Please complete the corresponding enrolment form and send copies of supporting documents and a cheque / bank draft (if any) to CLC in-person, by mail (please mark “Enrolment Form” on the envelope), or by email. Your application will be processed only upon full receipt of the completed enrolment form, copies of supporting documents and payment of application fee.

Payment by Credit Card Form

By filling in the information, the credit card holder authorises CLC CUHK to charge the aforementioned payment amount on the credit card. However, the payment is not considered settled until the payment transaction is successfully approved by the issuer of the card. Our collection of the above information is solely for the purpose of payment processing. The information will be handled and retained in strict confidence.

CUHK Staff and Alumni Benefit Entry Form

CUHK subsidizes 40% of the tuition fee for all full-time academic and administrative staff, as well as their spouses, who are expected to be with the University for at least two years, and who are not receiving a language study subsidy from any other source. Furthermore, CLC gives a 5% discount to all applicants who has a parents that is a current CUHK employee at the date of application regardless of the parents’ employment terms or length of service.
