Home Workout might have been one of the best antidotes against COVID-19 as exercise helps boost our immune system and relieve our stress. In this episode, Daniel Lee, former triathlon Hong Kong representative, is leading two young alumni (Winnie and Leslie) to demonstrate some at-home exercises which aim to train the major muscle groups in a way to maintain and develop the muscle strength and endurance.
