Tutorial Archive of Computer-aided Translation Systems |

The Centre has created an archive of video tutorials for acquiring the skills in operating diverse computer-aided translation systems. The systems demonstrated are nine popular translation softwares on the market, including SDL-Trados Studio 2014 and XTM v7.3 of the United Kingdom, Across and OmegaT 3.0 of Germany, Déjà vu X2 of Spain, MemoQ 6.2 of Hungary, Wordfast Classic of the United States, and Snowman V.1 and Yaxin 3.5 of China (to be double-checked). These softwares were popular systems used by different types of users in the Occident and Orient. This is a foundation research for more advanced studies on the working capacities and functionalities of computer-aided translation systems.
