The Week aims to strengthen your body, mind and spirit and instill positive energy by complimenting three dimensions of “health and spiritual well-being”, “sports for life” and “go green and lead the society”. It hopes that students can stay strong and positive to overcome unexpected difficulties at all times and get started the journey of Sunny Living for different challenges in the future.
