Mentorship is one of the most important elements in the personal growth programme as it provides students with opportunities to learn from the experienced alumni and experts in different fields. Students can enrich their people skills, social networks, and career development through interacting with their mentors.
Group-to-group mentor-mentee model: 2-4 mentors (including College members and alumni) will be matched with 4-6 mentees.
Diversified backgrounds, different characters and various interests bring in creative insights among mentors and mentees.
Lifelong Membership: Extensive time for mentors and mentees to build up strong rapport.
Mentors and mentees can spend some time getting to know each other and hanging out, followed by exploration of many possibilities together! The programme ends with the beginning of life-long mentor-mentee relationship.
Be a Student Mentor: Mentees can nurture their leadership and communication skills by serving as a Student Mentor for secondary students.
The Summer Camp with CUHKFAA Chan Chun Ha Secondary School provided mentees with opportunities to apply what they have learnt from mentors and create positive impact for the juniors.
Eager to Learn: Mentors and mentees can initiate various kinds of activities and involve their friends and families for deeper communication and wider social network.
Mentors and mentees will explore different experiences, such as hiking, strawberry harvest and visiting museums, to gain new insights together. Sometimes mentors will also involve mentees of other programmes to extend the network of our students.
