Detail: |
The details of course and teaching evaluation (CTE) at CUHK will be discussed. However, many teachers find that CTE questionnaire results do not provide sufficient and timely feedback to help improve their teaching. This session will suggest some ways in which useful feedback might be gathered, which will include:
- self-devised questionnaires
- post-it notes
- classroom observation
- monitoring student performance
- reflection checklists
- peer observation
