Runner Force in Local Races

Over the past year, S.H. Ho College’s Runner Force put a lot of efforts on stretching their physical limits. Recently, the members participated in several local races with encouraging results. Miss Chan Man Ying and Miss Fung Pui Yan won the champion in ‘Half Marathon – Female Elite (Junior)’ of Hong Kong Streetathon @ Kowloon  and ’10 km Challenge Run’ of HSMC FunD Run for U respectively.

In addition, the members teamed up with students of Christian Zheng Sheng College to take part in intensive training in Karuizawa, Japan. The two groups of students went through tough training there but they learnt that mutual support is important when they face a challenge.
