Dates: 17/3, 24/3, 31/3 (Every Friday, 3 sessions)
Time: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
Venue: Chung Chi College Multi-purpose Hall
Instructor: Ms. Hon Kwai Yue (Senior College Tutor of Chung Chi College; Former Director of Physical Education Unit of the University)
Deposit: $100 (Refundable upon 100% attendance)
Remark: Please put on sportswear and athletic shoes
