Arrangements for Typhoons and Black Rainstorm Signal

Suspension of Dining Sessions and Student Activities

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or higher or the black rainstorm signal is issued after 5:00 p.m. or is still in force, all Dining Sessions and Student Activities will be suspended immediately.

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or higher or the black rainstorm signal is cancelled by 5:00 p.m., all Dining Sessions and Student Activities will take place as scheduled.

Transport Arrangements at the CUHK

If the local storm warning signal No. 8 or above is issued during a class period, meet class buses will cease to operate whereas the normal shuttle bus service between New Asia College and  University MTR Station and Shaw College and University MTR Station will be maintained for an hour. 

If the black rainstorm signal is issued during a class period, meet class buses will cease to operate whereas the normal shuttle bus service will be maintained at all times unless situation cannot permit.
