Accommodation

The accommodation of the conference will be arranged in Royal Park Hotel. The hotel offers special rate to participants of this conference, the rate is subject to 10% service charge (the sum is around US$110-125 per room per night). Participants please complete a Reservation Form and fax/email it to the hotel directly. All bookings should be guaranteed by a credit card of one night room charge by 29 March 2012, otherwise, there may not be room available.

Royal Park Hotel is located in the town center of Shatin, adjacent to the Shatin train station and right next to a large shopping mall. It takes about 15 minutes to the University campus by MTR. The hotel may be reached directly by bus route A41 from the Hong Kong International Airport. Please get off at Royal Park Hotel Stop#
