Objectives

The Journal "Numerical Mathematics - A Journal of Chinese Universities", is a journal organized by the State Education Ministry of the Chinese Government. Each year the editors of the journal will gather together to discuss issues relating to the journal and the development of numerical mathematics in China. In 2003, the meeting will be held in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. It is hoped that through the seminars and panel discussions, there will be a closer interaction and collaboration between numerical analysts in Hong Kong and in mainland China.
