Appreciation of Mathematics
Course Description:
(Engineering Faculty, Mathematics Majors and Minors; Mathematics and Information Engineering Majors and students who have taken MAT2300 cannot take this course to fulfil General Education requirements.)
This course is designed for students of Arts and Social Sciences. It aims at helping students appreciate mathematics as part of our culture. Selected topics in modern mathematics and their applications will also be discussed.
