Prof. Kwong Kai-sun Sunny, associate professor in the Department of Economics and Associate Dean (Education) of Social Science, has been re-appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR as a member of the Telecommunications (Competition Provisions) Appeal Board for two years from 31 August 2011.

Prof. Hau Kit-tai, professor of educational psychology and Pro-Vice-Chancellor, has been re-appointed by the Secretary for Education as a member of the Curriculum Development Council for two years from 1 September 2011.
