A farewell and welcoming dinner was jointly organized by the United College Board of Trustees, the Alumni Association and the Staff Association on 31 July 2012, to bid farewell to Mr. Shum Choi-sang, chairman of Board of Trustees, and Prof. Fung Kwok-pui, Head, and to welcome Dr. Thomas H.C. Cheung, the new chairman of Board of Trustee, Ms. Lina H.Y. Yan, vice-chairperson of Board of Trustees and chairperson of the College Endowment Fund Committee, Mr. Ho Man-sum, vice-chairman of Endowment Fund Committee, and Prof. Jimmy C.M. Yu, Head.
