Prof. Lee Ou-fan delivered his inaugural lecture as Sin Wai Kin Professor of Chinese Culture on 4 April titled ‘Dreams of (Re)enchantment: In Search of Chinese Cultural Traditions’. The theatre was packed with over 300 teachers and students with some even occupying the floor and aisles.

In his lecture, Professor Lee shared why he was so fascinated by the diversity of the Chinese culture with the examples of his favourite classic literature and hoped to inspire the audience and the public to cherish the tradition of Chinese culture.
