  1. Prof. Lee Tak-shing Dominic, Co-Director of the Postgraduate Diploma Programme in Women's Health Studies, has been appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR as a member of the Appeal Board on Closure Orders (Immediate Health Hazard) for three years from 15 November 2011.
  2. Prof. Yeung Yue-man, Emeritus Professor of Geography, has been re-appointed as the chairman of the Pan-Pearl River Delta Panel of the Central Policy Unit for one year from 1 January 2012.
  3. Prof. Yu Tak-sun Ignatius, professor in the Jockey Club School of Public Health and Primary Care, has been re-appointed by the Secretary for Labour and Welfare as a member of the Pneumoconiosis Compensation Fund Board for two years from 1 January 2012 and appointed as Chief Expert in Work Injury Prevention(工傷預防首席專家)of Guangdong Provincial Work Injury Rehabilitation Center(廣東省工傷康復中心)for five years from 18 November 2011.
  4. Ms. Lam Lai-fong Fanny, general clerk in the Communications and Public Relations Office, has been re-appointed by the Chief Executive of the HKSAR as a member of the North District Council for the period from 1 January 2012 to not later than 31 December 2015.
  5. Mr. Ho Sai-hau Simon, centre manager and instructor I of the Centre for Learning Enhancement And Research (CLEAR), has been re-appointed as a Subject Specialist - Education of the Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications for three years from 1 January 2012 and appointed as a member of the Panel of Advisers on Film Censorship of the Television and Entertainment Licensing Authority of Hong Kong for one year from 1 January 2012.
