個人簡介

薛教授於香港大學取得醫學學士及外科學士學位，並自2011年起成為香港醫學專科學院的家庭醫學專家，除了受過專業培訓外，她還擁有兒科、皮膚科、老年醫學和內科的資格證書。此外，作為一名家庭醫生，她在疼痛管理方面發展了自己的特殊技能，並且是世界疼痛研究所認證的介入疼痛超聲醫生。薛教授在臨床和科研方面主要專註於研究基層醫療中的肌肉骨骼疼痛，她熱衷於探索、設計、評估以及實施創新的幹預措施，以改善慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛患者的生活質量。現在，薛教授是“香港中文大學賽馬會長者痛症緩解計劃”的負責人，並帶領跨學科團隊在基層醫療中進行慢性疼痛管理。
