雲端儲存空間 (商務用 OneDrive)

教職員、學生和校友可享用雲端儲存空間 (商務用 OneDrive)，當連接互聯網後，用戶可隨時儲存、共用和同步其學習/工作檔案。教職員的 OneDrive 儲存空間為 5TB，而學生/校友 OneDrive 儲存空間為 1TB。使用受 Microsoft 許可協議的條款和條件的約束。

2. OneDrive 中的共用功能

目前，在與他人分享OneDrive檔案時，可選擇以下預設的用戶群組：

#	共用選項	適用於下列情況	注意事項
1	擁有連結的任何人	所有收到連結的使用者均可使用，尤其適用於沒有中大帳戶的人士	無需登入帳戶。請設定到期日和密碼以保護檔案如你允許他人編輯，你將無法追踪何人曾修改檔案
2	The Chinese University of Hong Kong 中的人員與連結	可安全地與所有教職員或所有學生共用作業歡迎他人再將有關檔案分享予所有教職員或所有學生	中大教職員和學生分別為「The Chinese University of Hong Kong」中的不同組別，如教職員需要在課程/項目上經常與大量學生協作，請在申請項目帳戶時選用 “Student Cloud”。
3	具有現有存取權限的人	當你只需要傳送連結予已擁有文件或資料夾存取權的人員	/
4	特定人員	與特定人員共用，包括非中大人士。	收件人將在開啟檔案時收到來自 Microsoft 的驗證碼。如找不到該郵件，請檢查垃圾郵件資料夾。
