12 香港中文大學年報 CUHK Annual Report 2018–2019 快速眼動睡眠行為障礙與 柏金遜症的關聯 醫學院進行全球首個「快速眼動睡眠行 為障礙」的家庭研究，調查該行為障礙與 柏金遜症的家族遺傳傾向。研究發現「快 速眼動睡眠行為障礙」患者的直系親屬， 患有柏金遜症和其他腦神經系統退化疾 病的風險為其他人的三至六倍。 Rapid eye movement sleep behaviour disorder linked to Parkinson’s disease The Faculty of Medicine conducted the world’s first rapid eye movement sleep behaviour disorder (RBD) family study to investigate the links with first-degree relatives on Parkinson’s disease. Results showed that first-degree relatives of RBD patients are three to six times more likely to have Parkinson’s disease and other neurodegenerative diseases.
