2016-17 社企導師計劃 Social Enterprise Mentoring Scheme 2016-17

履行企業社會責任(CSR)是大學教育的一部分,有助培育愛護環境及對社會負責的公民。為此,大學制訂了一套符合可持續性和社會責任原則,應用於校園內的採購、招標和日常運作程序的指引,並在校園推廣社會企業。同時,大學亦會加強現有的「社企創業計劃」,幫助學生將具創意的商業意念轉化成富意義的社會企業計劃,並充分利用校內的創業研究中⼼及其他有關機構的專業知識,推動有關社會企業管理的研究及培訓。


社企導師計劃

社企導師計劃現正招募參加者,只要你是中大同學或近三年內畢業的中大校友,有創辦或擴張現正運作中的社企,便可以報名參加。

一對一指導

社企導師計劃讓參加者與具有豐富經驗的校友導師連結起來,參加者一方面可以從導師身上獲得創業的錦囊,另一方面也可以有更多接觸商界網絡的機會。計劃亦會不定期提供訓練、工作坊或研討會等機會,讓參加者可以認識如何將社企的想法實踐成一門企業。


導師簡介

種子基金

打算落實創辦社企的參加者,可以申請中大社企基金(CUSE Fund)的種子基金,在創業路上得到支援。

申請資格

  • 中大同學或近三年內畢業的中大校友

  • 個人或⼩組名義均可

  • 正營運社企或打算創辦社企的校友

於 2017 年 1 月 23 日前填妥網上報名表,並簡單介紹創辦社企的計劃。

By practising Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) while they are still at university, students will learn to be more environmentally sensitive and socially responsible. With this objective in mind, the University is formulating a set of sustainable and socially responsible guidelines and procedures on procurement, tendering and operation, as well as on the promotion of social enterprises on campus. In line with this objective, the University will also strengthen its Social Enterprise Startup Scheme to help put students' creative business ideas into meaningful social ventures, complemented with research and training on social enterprise management leveraging, based on the expertise of the Center for Entrepreneurship at CUHK and other related institutions in Hong Kong.


Social Enterprise Mentoring Scheme

The Social Enterprise Mentoring Scheme which aims at providing mentoring, coaching and funding for students and/or recent graduates who wish to :


  • actualize their business plan with social missions

  • further develop / scale up an established social enterprise, or

  • get feedback on some tentative social business ideas

One-on-One Mentoring

The Mentoring Scheme gives young social entrepreneurs the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders. Mentors will connect mentees with entrepreneurial networks, resources, and opportunities. The Scheme also provides training programmes, workshops, seminars, incubation service with onsite guidance and support for students to develop ideas for social enterprises projects.

Seed Funding

When the business proposal is ready to launch, mentees may submit applications for the Chinese University Social Enterprise Fund (CUSE Fund) which is set up to support CUHK students and young graduates aspiring to lead social change through engagement in social entrepreneurship.

Eligibility

  • Current students and/or recent graduates of CUHK (within 3 years of graduation)

  • Individual students and students groups are both welcome

  • Demonstrable interest to start a social enterprise in the future or already running a social enterprise

Please complete an online application form with a short statement sharing with us what interests you as a social entrepreneur on or before 23 January 2017.
