本中心自五年前推出「社會企業起動計劃」以來，一直支持中大學生及年輕校友善用一己專長，開辦全新或拓展正在營運的社會企業。此計劃在本學年上學期的簡介會及第一階段培訓活動（即分別由凌浩雲先生及凌羽一博士主講的線上講座）已順利完成，下學期的活動如下︰
2019-20「中大社企基金」頒獎典禮暨分享會

內容：1. 「思博資本（香港）有限公司」高級合伙人兼亞太區總裁張宗永先生致辭及主禮；

3. 分享環節（主禮嘉賓與得獎隊伍暢談在香港創辦及營運社企之心得）

Launched by this Centre five years ago, the Social Enterprise Startup Scheme has been encouraging CUHK students and recent graduates to make good use of their expertise to establish or expand their social enterprises. The Briefing Session and Stage 1 Training Activities (viz. two online seminars presided by Mr. Howard Ling and Dr. Jeffrey Hui respectively) of the first term of this academic year were successfully completed. Those for the second term are as follows:
