每天校園匆匆過,被各種事情牽著走,似乎總是忙不完……


或許是時候放鬆一下,細味生活的無限可能,發掘屬於自己的慢活時光。

由博群全人發展中心主辦之「活 · 在中大」,將在 2018 年 1 至 2 月期間推出一連串多彩多姿的活動,有動有靜,當中包括︰校園寫生、大笑瑜伽、有氧搏擊、數碼排毒營、橡皮印章製作、西洋書法等,讓繁忙的你體驗一種別樣的校園生活,盡情探索人生各式各樣的可能性。 活動時間表(報名前, 請先參閱本頁下方之報名程序及注意事項)

 


品 · 茗 ── 茶藝文化體驗

活動由茶藝師主持,講解茶藝基礎知識,包括認識六大基本茶類及泡茶的器具及方法,並做茶藝表 演。參加者可在導師的指引下學習泡茶及品茗。

茶藝樂園於 1988 年成立,是本港其中一間特色的茶藝店,致力推廣中國優質名茶,並教授年青一輩認識中國茶文化裡的生活藝術。

* 出席活動之同學可於 1 月 29 日至 2 月 14 日之辦公時間親臨博群全人發展中心(香港中文大學王福元樓501室),領取由大學送贈之中式茶壺茶杯禮盒一份。


 

形體溝通工作坊

日常中,你會仔細觀察和了解自己的身體嗎?導師將帶領參加者突破日常的習慣,嘗試不用說話,只以身體語言來溝通。參加者更會嘗試運用身體把文字轉化成會說故事的圖畫,感受文字和⾝體之間的連結。

注意事項: 參加者須穿著舒適的運動裝,避免穿著高跟鞋、裙、牛仔褲或緊身衣物。


林子傑先生畢業於香港演藝學院戲劇學院,獲藝術(榮譽)學士學位,主修表演,現為自由工作者,活躍於舞台及電影。林先生有豐富的形體溝通教學經驗,合作單位、項目包括社區文化大使計劃、香港展能藝術會等。

 

大笑瑜伽班

大笑瑜伽可以透過非常簡單,近乎無需物資的活動帶給參加者無限的快樂。10 分鐘的「笑」等於 30 分鐘的划艇機練習的運動量,而且笑所造成的運動傷害極低,是十分安全的帶氧運動。大笑瑜伽結合大笑動作及放鬆練習於一身,定期練習大笑瑜伽令你有更多正能量,想法自然也變得正面。

導師:盧俊杰先生

注意事項:參加者須穿著舒適的運動裝,避免穿著高跟鞋、裙、牛仔褲或緊身衣物。


盧俊杰於 2014 年心理學學士的畢業論文研究大笑瑜伽對情緒的影響,研究發現大笑瑜伽跟運動同樣有改善情緒的功效之餘,更能提高生活滿意度。其後,他成為 Laughter Yoga Leader 並開始他的大笑之旅。近兩年,盧先生於不同單位及地方主領及分享大笑瑜伽逾百次,包括各類社會服務機構、公司及大學等,Alex 表現獲大笑瑜伽創辦人 Dr. Madan Kataria 肯定,委任為香港地區其中一位大笑瑜伽大使。

2016 年初,盧先生亦於香港中文大學成立大笑瑜伽俱樂部 ── CUHK Laughter Yoga ,在校園內提供免費大笑瑜伽活動,重新建立人與人之間的連繫,笑走壓力。同年,他進修成為 Laughter Yoga Teacher,至今已開辦及協助教授數個大笑瑜伽領袖(Laughter Yoga Leader)訓練課程,對象包括社工、企業及社區人士。2017 年更獲香港中文大學專業進修學院(CUSCS)邀請,成為首個於香港專上學院開辦大笑瑜伽領袖訓練課程之講師。

盧先生於中大社工碩士畢業後擔任青年情緒支援全職社工。為了更有效傳播大笑精神,他在工餘時間持續分享並負責各個大笑瑜伽研究、參與設計親子大笑瑜伽師資培訓課程及成立非牟利團體 ── 香港大笑瑜伽學院(HKLYA)。


 

戶外寫生在中大

由專業導師講解戶外寫生的基本概念和繪畫技巧,並教授素描及水彩畫的方法。工作坊後由導師帶領參加者在中大校園內選取風景,進行實地戶外寫生,並給予指導。這個下午,參加者可以停下來,靜靜細看及繪畫未圓湖的景色。

注意事項:本中心將提供素描及水彩用具,參與者可自備矮凳或坐墊。


黃進曦,畢業於香港中文大學(文學士),主修藝術。他早期的作品以探索人、大自然及虛擬實境之間的微妙關係為主,而近年創作主力於戶外風景寫生方面,亦已經舉辦數次個人展覽。


 

講座:由 66 個馬拉松說起

張樹槐(人稱「水哥」)以四十多歲之齡完成人生首個馬拉松賽事。每一次長跑都是跟自己角力,他多次想放棄,卻又重新振作跑下去。究竟「水哥」是如何在跑步路上或人生路上,堅持下去呢?這一晚看看他在馬拉松中學懂的點滴。

張樹槐,現為恒生銀行傳訊及可持續發展總監兼執行委員會委員,他曾在五大洲完成超過 60 個馬拉松,是大中華區首位完成全球最⾼的珠峰⾺拉松跑手,並在南美攀山至海拔 6,300 米(21,000 呎), 2015 年完成「世界六大」(the Big Six)馬拉松賽事。

 

DIY 橡皮印章基礎班

參加者可以由淺入深地學習使用筆刀製作橡皮印章,亦可以認識印章印台的種類及用法,製作印章的方法和注意事項。每位參加者大概可以完成 1-2 個以「本土特色」為題材的簡單印章。

手作 J 成立於 2010 年,專門製作橡皮印章,創作題材包括香港景物、寵物及人像,擅長以真實相片透過電腦修圖技巧繪畫初稿,再以精細手藝製作出像真的印章。

 

校園樹鳥蝶保育導賞團

每天匆匆趕上課、追校巴,你有否留意校園內的各種動植物?大大小小的動植物每天都在大家的身邊,只等你來認識。

兩小時的校園樹⿃蝶保育導賞團包括:

  • 30 分鐘的校園常見植物及鳥類簡介

  • 1.5 小時的導賞,利用望遠鏡觀察崇基校園的鳥類及各種動植物

導師:開創綠家園

注意事項:參加者須先於 App Store 或 Google Play 下載「中大樹」及「中大鳥」應用程式至手機。如參加者備有雙筒望遠鏡,請自行攜帶,大會亦有限量雙筒望遠鏡供參加者使用。


開創綠家園為一本地非牟利團體,關注生物多樣性及推廣環境教育。自 2011 年成立後,於本港及台灣舉辦多場有關生物多樣性的講座、工作坊及展覽。


 

一齊來!有氧搏擊初體驗

導師將帶領參加者體驗拳擊樂趣,内容除基本體能訓練和基本搏擊拳、腳、肘、膝動作外,還加入身體協調及機能訓練,改善學員身體素質及靈敏度,達到宣洩情緒、舒緩壓力及強身健體的功效。

向柏榮,世界級拳王,因攻勢兇猛而獲綽號「轟炸機」,歷年來在多次國際搏擊大賽中獲得冠軍。


 

西洋書法體驗工作坊

參加者將學習西洋書法的其中一種基本技巧,即以軟頭水筆設計屬於自己的作品。

馮國治,註冊多元藝術(表達藝術)治療師,現任香港西洋書法協會幹事(1999 年起),具多年教授書法經驗。

 
天然手工皂工作坊

參加者將運⽤天然有機材料製作蜂蜜綠茶手工皂,此款手工皂具滋潤及抗氧化功效,自用或於初春送禮均合適(預計每位參加者可製作 6 件手工皂,共 600 克)。

注意事項:參加者須自備以下用具

1. 圍裙

2. 廚房手套或醫生手套一雙

3. 清洗乾淨的 1 公升容量牛奶盒或果汁盒,並於長方型的其中一邊剪出開口(內有鋁紙層的紙盒不適用,因鋁會與手工皂內的鹼產生化學作用而影響品質。) 4. 盛載雪糕的保溫袋(或有蓋鞋盒),用以保持製成品温度,及方便參加者攜帶回家。


邱佩華,香港大學比較文學碩士及中文大學藝術文學碩士。現為手工皂導師,開設手工皂工作坊,亦於中文大學員工總會教授手工皂興趣班。


 

山城草地上…… 靜修體驗

這片綠柔柔的草地,除了是上課的路徑,也是心靈休憩處。在這草地上,我可以……


這回,參加者會一起靜在草地上,與大樹作朋友,與草地接觸,也與內在相遇。這項體驗活動使參加者一旦在日後遇到煩惱或壓力時,可以嘗試回到中大某處的草地上,或某大樹旁,靜下來讓自己得到充份的休息。

兩小時的靜修體驗中,你需要:

  • 尋找一顆樹朋友,與其建立關係

  • 五感自然 (Guided meditation)

  • 樹下瑜伽/草上瑜伽/草上靜默遊

  • 深度大休息 (Body Scan)

一起靜推動的「一起靜」文化,其理念是以梅村(一行禪師)教法為基礎,亦整合了不同與內在(內心)有關的方法與經驗。發起人於香港梅村學習,多年於不同地方組織正念共修活動,但組織不代任何宗教團體。

「一起靜」所推動的靜文化適合不同宗教背景或無信仰人士參與。

 

中大觀星夜

獵戶座、金牛座、小熊座等都是耳熟能詳的星座,你或許未曾認識它們,但原來,這些星座就在舉頭可見的天空中。這夜,一起看看中大夜空上的星。

活動當日將有天文觀星的入⾨講座、專人介紹星空及指導觀星技巧,讓參加者辨認冬季常見的星座。 參加者亦可獲贈旋轉星圖乙份。

崇基學院鄧雁玲科學普及教育中心為崇基學院設施之一,宗旨是透過各類課外活動,提高及擴闊同學對科學的興趣和知識。


 

手工皮革班

導師會先介紹皮革特性、各種工具使用方法及縫製技術,接著參加者可以製作一個屬於自己的皮革咭片套。

數碼排毒營

你有沒有出現「在社交媒體用上幾小時」或「手機不離手」等情況?如有,你可能已不知不覺間被數碼媒體支配了生活,是時候來一次數碼排毒了。

在導師帶領下,三⼩時的數碼排毒營內將有精彩活動,讓參加者清清腦袋,換個角度,認識個⼈與數碼媒介的關係,檢視自己的使用習慣。

數碼排毒營內更特別請來發呆大賽台灣站冠軍得主豪仔,以「發呆」帶領參加者重新感受「實體」生活,讓生活掌控在你的手中。

Life is……to save a while for ourselves.


Amidst the hustle and bustle of the daily campus life, let us slow down, unwind and enjoy the beauty of life.


Organised by the I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development, Life@CUHK will introduce a variety of activities during January and February of 2018, which cover outdoor painting, laughter yoga, turbo kick, digital detox camp, DIY rubber stamp, western calligraphy, etc., all tailored for the busy you.


Why not spare a bespoke moment just for yourself to relax, to experience a vibrant campus life and to explore the many different possibilities of life?

 

Experiencing Chinese Tea Culture

Participants can have an understanding of the basics of Chinese Tea, including the six major types of tea leaves, the tea brewing utensils and the way to make a cup of good tea. They will also be given chances to brew and taste their own tea under the tutor’s supervision.

Body Language Expression Workshop

Are you familiar with your body and gesture? In this workshop, the tutor will facilitate the participants’ expression of themselves and connection with other parties through body language instead of words.

Remarks: Participants should wear sportswear. Dress, jeans, tights and high heels are not suggested.


Ronald graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Hons) in Drama from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He is currently a freelancer who has been active on the stage and in movies. He is experienced in running body language communication workshops for different units, including among others, the Community Cultural Ambassador Scheme and the Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong.

 

Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter yoga is an aerobics which does not incur cost and props. It is safe and fun. 10 minutes’ laughter is equivalent to a 30-minute rowing in terms of the amount of exercise. Together with the introduction of some relaxation exercises, this class will arouse the participants’ positivity. Start to work hard, study hard and LAUGH hard!

Alex is a CUHK alumnus and founder of the CUHK Laughter Yoga Club. A certified Laughter Yoga Teacher, Alex has delivered over 100 Laughter Yoga workshops.

 

Outdoor Painting@CUHK

Participants will first be introduced to the basic concept and painting skills of sketch and aquarelle, and then asked to select a scene at Lake Ad Excellentiam of their choice to create their own painting under the guidance of the tutor.

Remarks: Provision of tools for plotting sketches/ aquarelles will be included in the activity while the participants need to prepare stools for themselves if necessary.


Stephen is a CUHK alumnus majoring in Fine Arts. In his early days of painting, he demonstrated an interest in showcasing the relation among human, nature and virtual reality. His recent artworks focus on outdoor landscape.

 

Talk: The Voice of 66 Marathons

Walter is the Head of Communications and Corporate Sustainability, Hang Seng Bank. He had completed over 60 Marathons over the years, including the Tenzing Hillary Everest one. In 2015, he became the Six Star Finisher of Abbott World Marathon Majors.

 

DIY Rubber Stamp Workshop

This is a beginner class on rubber stamp carving. Participants will gain some knowledge of different kinds of stamps and stamp pads, as well as the basic carving methods. It is expected that each participant can produce 1-2 simple stamps on the spot.

Campus Biodiversity Tour

The two–hour activity will allow participants to have a closer touch with the plants, birds and butterflies on campus so as to enhance their understanding of biodiversity.


The activity includes:

  • a 30 minutes’ indoor pre-tour briefing on campus flora and avifauna

  • a 1.5-hour guided tour for birds-/ trees-/ butterflies-watching within the Chung Chi campus

Remarks: Participants are required to download the mobile apps “CUTrees” and “CUBirds” from either App Store or Google Play in advance. They would better bring their own pair of binoculars. Yet, a limited amount will be on loan on the spot.


Grateful Green Group is a NGO for biodiversity care and environmental education. Founded in 2011, they organised talks, workshops and exhibition on biodiversity in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

 

Turbo Kick Experience Workshop

In this workshop, participants will experience the joy of turbo kick under the guidance of the tutor. In addition to training the actions to be done by foot, elbow and knee, the workshop will cover body coordination and mobility to improve the participants’ physical fitness and sensitivity.

Remarks: Participants are required to be in sportswear. Basic boxing gear will be included in the workshop.


Master Heung, a world-class boxing champion, has got the nickname “Bomber” because of his fierce attack and strong punch. Over the years, he has won a number of championships internationally.


 
Western Calligraphy Workshop - Brush Lettering

Brush lettering, one of the major types of western calligraphy, will be introduced in this workshop. Participants will produce their own piece of writing using brush pens (vide below) on the spot.

Cosmo serves as council member in Alpha Beta Club, the Hong Kong Society of Western Calligraphy Art (1999 - present). He is a registered arts therapist (AThR), and has accumulated plenty of experience in teaching western calligraphy.


 

Handmade Organic Soap Workshop

Participants can acquire skills in producing the Honey-and-Green-Tea-Organic-Soap by moisturising and anti-oxidant ingredients. Each participant is expected to have made around 6 pieces of soaps (amounting to approximately 600g) by the end of the workshop.

Remarks: Participants are required to bring along the following items:

  1. An apron

  2. A pair of rubber gloves

  3. A clean and open-top milk carton (1 litre) which should be free of aluminum lining in order to avoid the trigger of any chemical reaction between it and the ingredients of the soap (picture of the carton sample is as below).

  4. An insulation bag (or a shoe box with cover) to maintain steady temperature and provide protection for the soap after the workshop.


Teny is a veteran handmade soap instructor. She has delivered many classes for The Chinese University of Hong Kong Employees General Union.

 
On CUHK’s Greensward – a Guide to Meditation

Participants may take the lawn in CUHK as a pit stop for their soul and mind. They will be asked to stay still and relax to the fullest extent so that they will have a deeper understanding of their inner self.


In this two-hour activity, the following will be gone through:

  • Making friend with a tree

  • Guided meditation

  • Lawn yoga

  • Body scan

Still Together adopts the teaching of Zen Master Thích Nhất Hạnh of Plum Village. It promotes nonreligious mindfulness practices across Hong Kong, hence its activities are suitable for people with or without religion.


 

Galaxy over CUHK

In this introductory talk on astronomy and stargazing, professional tutors will introduce the common constellations in winter like Orion, Taurus and Ursa Minor, and how to identify them. Participants will be given a rotational star map as souvenir to try on-site stargazing.

Tang Ngan Leng Centre for General Science Education is a unit of Chung Chi College aiming to raise students’ interest in science through a variety of extra-curricular activities.

 

Handmade Leather Workshop

Participants will learn the characteristics of various types of leathers and skills of crafting leather products. Each participant is expected to have made his/ her own card holder by the end of the workshop.

Digital Detox Camp

If you find you cannot get rid of your mobile phone, you may want to have a round of digital detoxification!


In this three-hour camp, participants can refresh their memories and clear up their mind under professional guidance. They are expected to deepen their understanding of the relationship between themselves and digital media, and to review their habits of using digital devices.


Mr. Hercules Chan, Winner of the Space-out Competition (Taiwan), will also come to share how he experiences the “real life”.

Notice:

  1. All activities (except designated ones) will be open to CUHK students only.
