“Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme 2022-23: Bowling & Pickleball

The “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme of this Centre associates “exercising” with “volunteering” to foster a serving heart of students and strengthen their understanding of the community. Participants of the scheme will be trained with basic skills of a designated sports item and given chances to partner various members of the community in pursuing sports. This will allow students to develop regular exercise habit and build up healthy lifestyle. Above all, mutual understanding between students and the circle of their counterparts will be facilitated.

The “Fitness x Mentorship” Scheme is going to roll out three sports items cum services in the second term of this academic year. Details are as follows:

Bowling & Pickleball

Briefing session: 1 March (Wednesday) 7:00 - 8:30 pm

Session 1: 4 March (Saturday) 12:00 noon - 5:30 pm

Session 2: 11 March (Saturday) 1:00 - 5:30 pm

Mandatory Requirements

1. Full-time undergraduates

2. To attend the selection interview (timetable vide the enrolment form)

3. To choose only one sports item for participation

4. To attend the briefing session and all training sessions
