THESIS TOPIC

Regulatory framework on the Central Bank Digital Currency in the context of cross-border payment, co-supervised by Professors Robin HUANG and James ZENG.

RESEARCH INTERESTS AND AIMS
I am interested in corporate law, securities regulation, and financial law, with a particular focus on Chinese financial law issues. With my thesis, I hope to offer practical suggestions on regulatory framework on Central Bank Digital Currency and cross-border regulatory cooperation.
