Congratulations to the following CUHK LAW members on obtaining external competitive grants from the Research Grants Council (RGC) of Hong Kong: 
   

RGC Humanities and Social Sciences Prestigious Fellowship Scheme (HSSPFS) 2020/21

• Prof. Bryan MERCURIO receives a grant of HK$412,100 under the HSSPFS for his project entitled “Reshaping Global Trade: The Impact and Effects of the US-China Trade War”.

RGC General Research Fund (GRF) & Early Career Scheme (ECS) 2020/21

• Prof. Noam NOKED receives a grant of HK$475,000 under the GRF for his project entitled “Mandatory Disclosure Rules: Development, Policy Analysis, and Implications for Financial Centers”.
• Prof. Ngoc Son BUI receives a grant of HK$390,400 under the ECS for his project entitled “Order by Design: China in Comparative Constitution-Making”.
• Prof. Christopher ROBERTS receives a grant of HK$408,100, with an additional amount HK$50,000 for undertaking educational activities, under the ECS for his project entitled “The Exportation and Evolution of Vagrancy Laws in the Nineteenth Century British Empire: From the Caribbean to Hong Kong”.
