Prof. Jyh-An LEE has published a chapter “Beneficiaries and Enforcement of FRAND Declarations/Commitment—Asian Perspectives” in SEPs, SSOs and FRAND—Asian and Global Perspectives on Fostering Innovation in Interconnectivity (Kung-Chung Liu & Reto Hilty eds., Routledge, 2020). The chapter was co-authored with Prof. Sang Jo Jong, Professor and former Dean of  Seoul National University School of Law and currently the Co-Chairperson of the Presidential Council on Intellectual Property in Korea.
