Lim, Ho and Paparinskis, International Investment Law and Arbitration (Cambridge University Press, 2018), co-authored by Prof. Chin Leng LIM, Choh-Ming Li Professor of Law, has been relied on by the Supreme Court of India. This follows the Singapore Court of Appeal’s reliance on it in two contemporary judgments, and the Constitutional Court of Colombia’s reliance on the book in a judgment related to the ratification of the Colombia-France BIT.
