The Department launched the Mentorship Programme for major students in September 2001. The objective of the scheme is to provide an opportunity for GRM students to maintain close and direct interactions with professionals in a real world environment. Such an experience can enhance interpersonal and communication skills and broaden the knowledge base of our students. Many mentors and students have remarked on its success.
In the Mentorship Programme, students are matched with mentors according to their interests and preferences as much as possible. The frequency and format of interactions are flexible. Students and mentors are free to arrange meetings at their own convenience.
