The application of GPA Exchange Programme for academic year 2032-24 is now open to GPA undergraduate students. Please click HERE for the application form.

Students who are interested and eligible, please submit the application with supporting documents to the General Office (3/F, T.C. We are pleased to announce that Dr. James F. DOWNES was awarded the prestigious CUHK Vice Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award (2021), on top of the Faculty of Social Science Exemplary Teaching Award (2021) in recognition of his outstanding teaching in the Department of Government and Public Administration.

The CUHK Vice Chancellor’s Exemplary Teaching Award is an award given annually to outstanding teachers of the University, one each from the eight Faculties and General Education programme, whose achievements in teaching are considered by their peers and students to be of the highest order.

Dr. DOWNES has taught a wide range of courses that span the areas of Comparative European Politics, International Relations, Comparative Asian Politics alongside Research Methods on the MSSc in Greater China Progamme (GPGC), the MSSc in Public Policy Programme (MPUP) and on the Global Studies Undergraduate level Programme.
