预设照顾计划的执行科学
预设照顾计划让病人可以与家人及医护人员一起，就日后的护理安排厘清想法和意向。然而，这计划的执行过程或会牵涉各种社会文化因素，从而影响成果。我们的研究尝试运用不同策略，促进医院、院舍、家庭及社区护理机构之间的沟通，并探讨有关运作机制。我们亦编制了各式各样的教材，以提升公众的关注。我们的研究成果对医护发展的贡献主要在以下三方面：
- 建设社区能力以推行预设照顾计划；
- 制订相关指引及政策以推动预设照顾计划的实践；及
- 建立让患者更易于获得预设照顾计划及持续照护的护理模式。
