Dr. YAO Kin Hing Paul 姚建興

Dr Yao graduated from the University of London and gained a Master of Education Degree from the University of Nottingham. He later obtained another Master’s Degree (School Guidance and Counselling) and then a Doctorate in Social Work from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has taught in primary and secondary schools in Hong Kong for over twenty years. He was the Guidance Master and Geography Panel Head in a secondary school in Hong Kong. He is now the Director of Development of Hong Kong Quality Mentorship Network. He now handles a research project for three participating schools which have joined the Child Development Fund Pilot Projects under the School-based Approach. He is also responsible for the development of a research project in Beijing for youth services.
