CUHK holds National Day flag raising ceremony to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) today held a flag-raising ceremony to commemorate the 72nd anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China. CUHK’s Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Rocky S. Tuan was joined by the University’s senior management team as well as a range of staff and students.
Commencing at 8am on the National Day, the ceremony included a rendition of the National Anthem as the flags of the People’s Republic of China, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the University were raised to mark this important national occasion.
