Dear colleagues and students,

In response to the updated Vaccine Pass arrangements announced by the government, the University will adjust the vaccination requirements for entering the campus as follows:

(1) Starting from 30 September, the grace period for all students, staff, alumni and visitors (aged 12 or above) to receive the third dose will be shortened from the original six months to five months after the second dose. The Vaccine Pass of people who received the second dose within five months is still valid, but they must receive the third dose within five months after receiving the second dose (instead of the original six months) in order to continue using the Vaccine Pass afterwards.

(2) Starting from 30 November, all students, staff, alumni and visitors (aged 12 or above) are required to have received the third dose before they can enter campus or university facilities.

The University would like to remind staff and students to receive the third dose of the vaccine as soon as possible before 30 November to ensure personal health and smooth entry into the campus.
