Tak Chun Chan is the Chief Executive Officer for Mobley Group Pacific Ltd. He supports his clientele in building sustainable high performance through enhancing leadership and organizational effectiveness at the senior level. He has extensive experience in executive development, executive assessment, as well as team effectiveness.

He has consulted to global Fortune 500 companies and local companies in South Korea, Japan, Australia, Greater China, Singapore, India, Indonesia and other parts in the Asia Pacific region. His industry experience includes the technology, finance, service, food, cosmetic, retail, media, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, automotive, life-sciences and manufacturing industries.

Tak grew up in Hong Kong and lived in New York City for 15 years while attending school and practicing clinical psychology at New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation. In demand as an expert, he presents to the business community and business schools, as well as delivering multiple papers at scientific and professional meetings.

Tak received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from The New School University (New School for Social Research) in New York, and a Master of Arts in general experimental psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from St. John’s University in the U.S.

He is a registered psychologist in Hong Kong and a member of Hong Kong Psychological Society and American Psychological Association. He also serves as a member of the board of directors for Asia Green Real Estate, a Swiss-China based investment firm.
