Recapping the Academic Seminar “新界沿用的中國法律和習俗:一些有關新界傳統土地信託事宜” conducted by Mr. Valentine S.T. YIM on 22 January 2022

Mr. Valentine S.T. YIM, was invited by the Centre for Chinese History to deliver a lecture entitled “新界沿用的中國法律和習俗:一些有關新界傳統土地信託事宜” on 22 January 2022. His talk focused on the adverse possession of the Tso/Tong lands (ancestral lands) and resumption of Tso/Tong lands by the Government.
