Briefing Session for Summer Internship Programme 2016
The Department of History has been organising the Summer Internship Programme for its students since 2000. For the current year, 15 partner organisations in Hong Kong, the Mainland and Taiwan, which include government departments, publishers and museums, offer over 30 intern positions to History full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students (including the MA Programme in Comparative and Public History). Academic Activities
Recapping the public lecture “Harmonious but Different: The Interaction in Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage between Hong Kong and the Mainland” delivered by Prof. CHAU Hing Wah at the Hong Kong Museum of History on 30 January 2016
Prof. CHAU delivered a public lecture and shared with the audience the equal effectiveness of protecting local intangible cultural heritage in Hong Kong and the Mainland under different policy approaches.
