Society Affiliation Procedure for Existing Societies (Not yet complete the affiliation procedure with OSA) (Interest Club Only)

If your society has not completed the affiliation procedure before and you would like to affiliate with OSA, please complete the Webform below for application of Affiliation / Registration of Society.

  • Please indicate your preference on affiliating with OSA or Independent registered in the Webform.
  • Regarding the amendment of your constitution, the wordings / sentences about CUSU should be removed. You or your successor are strongly advised to submit the amendment / revision of Constitution within 1 month after the constitution is updated and confirmed by your members.
  • The revised constitution should be confirmed by your members based on the terms of your society constitution.

Society Registration / Renewal for Faculty/Department/Programme Society

The registration procedures of academic societies are handled by respective Faculty/ Department/ Programme office directly in 2023, while the structure of Faculty/ Department/ Programme societies should follow the Faculty/ Department/ Programme offices.

Academic societies should submit their applications of University affiliation to Faculty/ Department/ Programme office directly. The society will be official after receiving the endorsement letter issued by the office. Please refer to the respective Faculty/ Department for more information.
