Staff Loan Interest Rate
Effective from 28 December 2022, the interest rate is the one-month HKD Hong Kong Inter-bank Offered Rate (HIBOR) plus 0.9% per annum (capped at 1.75% per annum below HKD Prime Rate fixed by Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited).
