Prof. Chan Wai-Yee, Director of School of Biomedical Sciences and Prof. Wan Chao, member of our Stem Cell and Regeneration Program attended the Third Annual Conference on Chinese Stem Cell Research and the Fifth Guangzhou International Conference on Stem Cell and Regenerative Medicine held at Guangzhou Baiyun International Convention Center between 16 and 18 December 2012. Members of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), scientists and other professionals of the related fields in China and U.S.A., including those from our partner institutions like Guangzhou Institutes of Biomedicine and Health (GIBH), CAS and Zhejiang University were invited to give keynote speeches and talks on various topics relating to stem cell and regenerative medicine research.

The Conference served as a useful platform for participants to exchange views and learn the latest advance in stem cell research and regenerative medicine.
