• 東京審判文獻數據庫
  《東京審判文獻數據庫》是全球首個關於東京審判的全文檢索文獻資源數據庫。旨在採集散落在海內外與東京審判相關的文獻資料、圖書、學術信息，包括遠東國際軍事法庭庭審記錄、遠東國際軍事法庭證據文獻、國際檢察局訊問記錄、珍貴的歷史照片以及相關音視頻資源等資料，並將這些“原始資料”經數字化方式完整地保存並“再現”。

• 全國報刊索引《近代報紙綜合專輯（1874~1949）》
  作為“詳史之略、補史之缺、糾史之偏”的重要文獻，報紙見證了近代中國的跌宕起伏，其內容包羅萬象，政治動態、社會新聞、經濟貿易、文化風俗、市井軼聞、災害疫病，無不涵蓋其中，是研究中國近代史的史料寶庫。
  依託上海圖書館豐富的館藏資源，繼知名大報、特色小報後，《全國報刊索引》深度挖掘、精心選取了近3000種在全國或在某一地域具有影響力的報紙，彙集成《中國近代中文報紙全文數據庫——綜合專輯》，為專業、全面、科學地研究近代歷史，提供了完整的史料支撐。
