职责

We are looking for a positive and passionate individual with strong graphic skills to join our dynamic team. This role requires design expertise and eagerness to take part in innovative projects.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. ABOUT YOU:
• Hungry for challenges and achievements
• Creative and strong problem-solving skills
• Experience in branding and marketing visuals for digital and offline channels
• Experience in conducting branding, design research and analysis
• Ability to work creatively alongside marketers and engineers
• Knowledge of layout, typographic and graphic design
• Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

2. EDUCATION AND SKILLS:
• Degree holder with at least 1-2 years of graphic design experience, experience with UX/UI design for Web portals, eCommerce platforms or Mobile Applications will be an advantage
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma, etc.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, will be an advantage
• Proficiency in Chinese and English

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• 30%: Collaborate with the Development and Marketing Team to execute design solutions (web/print/social media) that comply with project specifications, brand identity and strategic marketing goals
• 25%: Visualize concepts into rough drafts as the foundation for future execution, establish standards for style, aesthetics and typeface; design preliminary layout.
• 25%: Contribute to brainstorming workshops in projects and product innovation
• 20%: Participate in other innovative projects and learning opportunities under the group’s investments
