职责

Job Description:

• l   Develop, implement and manage sales forecasting, marketing budget, and set annual performance targets to achieve company objectives.
• l   Develop a strategic sales plan and KPIs through review of competitive data, demand analysis and mix management.
• l   Revenue Management - develop and review product rates to maximize revenue in all sectors, markets and territories.
• l   Develop, manage and review all distribution channels. Proactively positions new products and pricing throughout channel partners organization.
• l   Direct and manage all group events, catering and banquets sales activities to maximize revenue for all outlets. Coordinate sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• l   Analyze sales performance, prepare sales reports detailing potential sales and areas of expansion.
• l   Identifies public relations opportunities, as well as developing opening PR & media plan.
• l   Monitor and report on marketing communications activity. Coordinates activities to augment the overall communication strategy.
• l   Direct and manage the creation of marketing materials to ensure consistency across all channels.
• l   Create, manage, and promote the Loyalty Program strategically.
