It’s late night—you’re carelessly scrolling on Instagram while chatting away with your friends on Discord. You’ve seen a growing trend of vertical videos on the platform and the bottomless amount of content that you always seem to enjoy. You think to yourself, “How is that possible?” You start googling and wondering how they know.

• You’re creative, sometimes too creative and people call you “crazy” but you never stop sharing your ideas!
• You’re open-minded and sociable; you can articulate your ideas based on facts and at the same time respect different opinions and views
• You always automate and are on the lookout for smarter ways to do things, be it tools, plug-ins or formulas in Excel
• You don’t settle for mediocrity; you care about factual accuracy and you’re punctilious in your attention to each creation before giving your stamp of approval
• You’re an explorer who loves learning new things and next-gen technologies
• You’re determined to see projects through from concept to delivery, and look for areas to improve for the future
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
• You have at least 2-3 years of marketing experience (agency experience a plus)
• You have the technical know-how to manage a social media account such as Facebook/Instagram/WeChat (familiarity with other internet marketing platforms or understanding website/app development jargon and mechanisms will be a great asset)
• You are fluent in Cantonese and have professional proficiency in English (Mandarin proficiency a plus)
• You have a bachelor's degree (communications, graphic or UX design, analytics, computer science, or mathematics a plus)
• You have the ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Candidates with high potential and less experience will be considered for a trainee position

What you will do:
• 50%: Manage existing and new potential accounts; Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategy, and oversee social media content plans for clients (Facebook, Instagram, WeChat and LinkedIn) across different industries
• 20%: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and market evaluation, formulate marketing strategies (offline and online), and offer recommendations to clients
• 20%: Execute marketing initiatives and business development plans for the company
• 10%: Assist in other ad hoc activities as required
