Tong, Toni Maria（唐妮）

Biography

Dr. Tong received her Doctor of Business Administration from The University of Newcastle, Australia. Before she joined CUHK, Dr. Tong was a teaching faculty at the Department of Management at the City University of Hong Kong for 17 years. Dr. Tong has been a full-time teaching faculty and able to teach a wide spectrum of both micro and macro management courses. Her teaching experience includes management, business strategy, entrepreneurship & innovation, business ethics & CSR, negotiation as well as a wide range of general education courses that cover cross disciplines of social psychology, economics, mass communication & social innovation. Before joining the academic sphere, she was mainly a business generalist responsible for a wide spectrum of activities in sales, marketing and e-commerce.
